Thus, watching a stand-up comedy show could be an excellent way to enjoy your anniversary and laugh out loud with your partner. The Laugh Store is a hub for all the major comedy events.
As you enter the auditorium, you can expect a good ambience. The menu is a little pricier at DLF Cyber Hub but the Dwarka one is easier on the pocket.

It can make your partner’s day extra special. Many places serve humanity in addition to serving people’s faith. One such example is the Bangla Sahib Gurudwara in Connaught Place.
They serve more than 40,000 people every day. You can also go there and serve as a gesture to give back to the community.
Bangla Sahib is just one example; you can choose any place of faith and serve humanity to make this day memorable.

14. Plan an Old School Gesture With the Oldest Post Office in Delhi
Who doesn’t like the idea of retro romance where the love is as pure and ways to show it are vintage?
Speaking of vintage, how about writing a handwritten letter for your partner and leaving it on the bedside before you leave for work? Sounds like you made an effort!
The general post office, built during the British Raj near the Old Delhi Railway Station near Kashmiri Gate in the old city wall, has been in operation since 1885. It is the oldest post office in Delhi.
You can find the rates for postage on this website: India Post.
This post office is the oldest in Delhi and has a lot of heritage tied to it. You can write the letter on a vintage-looking paper a few days before your anniversary and send it to your partner via postal services.
To make a vintage-looking paper, you need white paper, coffee powder, water, and fire. Mix the coffee powder with water, apply the liquid solution to the paper, and let it dry.
Your vintage paper is ready to be turned into a beautiful letter. Now, in case you want to add extra visual effects, you can burn the sides of the paper to make it look even more authentic.
Mention how much you cherish them and how loved they make you feel.
Cost: ₹5/- per letter (Maximum weight 2 kg)
Timings: 10 am to 6 pm
Nearest Metro Station: Chandni Chowk and Kashmere Gate (Yellow Line), Lal Quila (Violet Line)
15. Buy Huge Bouquets From the Phool Mandi
There is no other flower that represents love like red roses do. Hence, this is the best time to get your partner a bouquet of red roses. But don’t buy it from any random flower shops.
I have two special places to suggest. I’ve seen my friend’s grandpa do this. He used to bring flowers for his wife every week.
He would wake up at 4:00 am, drive off to Connaught Place in front of the Indian Coffee House, buy fresh flowers from the phool mandi, and bring them home.
There were always a vast variety of beautiful flowers available till the market wrapped up for good around 2014 and has now shifted to Ghazipur permanently.
Remember that this market wraps up around 7:30 am, so you need to be there before it does. In addition to Ghazipur, you can also visit the phool mandi in Chhatarpur.
It is open all day, so you won’t have a time crunch. And if you want to make it extra special, why not consider unique hand-crafted flowers?
These are not your typical flowers, but ones made out of crafts like crochet, flower knitting, or crepe papers.
The best part is, you can buy them from the comfort of your home, from online sellers like Ferns and Petals. Hand-crafted flowers tell your partner that, just like these flowers, your love won’t ever wilt.
Cost: ₹200/- onwards, depending on the type of flower and the quantity
Timings: 4:00 am to 11:00 pm
Nearest Metro: Rajiv Chowk (Yellow Line), Chhatarpur (Yellow Line)
